Contactless cards customer system GOPASS which enables visitors of Špindlerův mlýn resort to buy skipasses and other services for lower prices has succeeded in prestigeous international competition „The Loyalty Awards“. Tatry Mounatins Resort company (TMR) has gained the main award which took place in London on 9th June in all three cathegories: The Best Loyalty Programme In Tourism, The Best Loyalty Programme Of Central And Eastern Europe and The Best Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in loyalty programme for work in direct marketing.
„The award is a positive reaction to our complex care for the customers. It pleases us that we succeeded between such giants of tourism as LE Club Accor Hotels which operates 3500 hotels in more than 92 countries or Heathrow Airport which is the 3rd busiest airport in the world with more 70 mil. of transported travellers annually,“ says Bohuš Hlavatý, CEO TMR in reaction to the success in competition.
„The goal of our part in competition was to compare qualities of our loyalty programme with the biggest players in the field. We trusted our product and the assassment of expert committee positively surprised us. We think about GOPASS programme as very effective tool in our communication with the customers. The prestigeous „Loyalty Award“ is awarding the best innovations and time-proven procedures in world´s loyalty programmes annually. Alongside it is a reaction to the success of companies and extraordinary results in work with the clients. Even finalists from the IKEA family, Heineken UK, Coop Switzerland, Avios or Carlson Residor Group took part in this year´s competition. Loyalty programme GOPASS has more than 250 000 members in Slovakia, and more 30 000 members in Špindlerův mlýn resort in Czech Republic where it operates just roughly a year. Programme enables customers to buy skipasses comfortably online from home and for lower prices than on the cashdesk. Card-holders can use plenty of other advantages, promotions and interesting special offers. „We learn how to know our clients better thanks to the GOPASS. We communicate with them and make the new products based right on their certain needs. GOPASS holders are continuously informed about special offers and we operatively offer interesting prices and skipasses due to actual weather and conditions in the winter season. Client doesn´t have to wait in a queue in the morning to buy his pass anymore. He can buy it comfortable from home and head right to the cablecar. In cooperation with hotels in Špindl we handle to propose skipasses for over-night customers „on the pillow“ so they can go skiing right in the morning without waiting in a row, all thanks to he GOPASS programme. The programme offers plenty of advantages during the whole year, you can use promotions and special offers even in the summer months for various activities for the whole family such as promoted tickets for cablecars or interesting packages combinig for example ride on the terrain tri-cycles on bobsleigh track or cruise on the boat on the River Labe Dam,“ added René Hroneš, the marketing director of Špindlerův mlýn skiresort.
