Six ski resorts of various parameters fall under the joint-stock company Snowhill – Ski resorts in Krkonose mountains such as Herlikovice, Sachty, Kamenec, Kozinec, in Sumava mountains ski resort Kasperky and resort Mariánky in Marianske Lazne.
„I may confirm that contracts between shareholders of Snowhill and GALAXO, headed by Mr. Ing. Rattaj, were signed. Mr. Rattaj will be only one shareholder in the company tomorrow, the price of the transaction is not yet express,” said Ms. Denisa Kalivodová from communication agency.
Igor Rattaj as a head of GALAXO plans take over resorts before the beginning of this winter season.
„With this investment my business plans in the Czech Republic continue with a focus on leisure activities, not only in ski resorts, but also fun&leisure areas such as ski resorts, aquaparks and more, “said Ing. Igor Rattaj.
Company GALAXO, SpA, wants to focus its attention on the larger ski areas Herlikovice or Marianky, in which sees great potential for them to build a modern ski resorts that will be economically accessible wider public.
„The structure of Galaxo may change in the future – one of the options is also possible cooperation with the joint stock company Tatry mountain resorts or any co-operation with local investors,“ says Rattaj.
